Supervision

Based on solution focused principles I offer supervision to meet the needs of the individual. Together we will draw up a personal supervision contract.

Peer supervision and team building can also be arranged. In facilitating such work I use the Reflecting Team approach developed by Harry Norman in conjunction with Bristol Solutions Group.

I have completed an in-service supervision training programme run by Leeds NHS PCT and have 4 years experience of offering individual clinical supervision. I have many years experience of managing teams in both the statutory and voluntary sector.
